9 King's Bench Walk was founded in 1974 by the late Ali Mohammed Abbas who was the first Head of Chambers. Upon his death in 1979, his brother Ali Mohammed Azhar became Head of Chambers and he continues to serve Chambers in that capacity today.
9 King's Bench Walk has grown steadily in the last five years with an emphasis on the provision of a quality service to all of our clients. Chambers now has 24 Members and we intend to continue to expand into the future.

Tenancy
We are interested in applications from practitioners at all stages of call who wish to practice in the areas of crime, family and general common law.
Third six pupillage
Chambers currently has availability for four third six pupils who practice mainly in crime.
